Went for the first time on Friday - have to say we were all very impressed - service was great - food was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Excellent value for money - we were a group of 10 and not one of us had anything bad to say about the place. Have already recommended it to friends and family.

We visit here twice a year when we travel from Gatwick . Great staff..friendly and super efficient . Traveled all over and the foods ranks very high on my list . See you again in November !

Was looking to take an American colleague out for dinner, and happened upon this restaurant having their 20 birthday celebration, great atmosphere, great food, and fabulous friendly staff. The Frank Sinatra singer was very entertaining too. Will definitely go back again. Great venue and plenty of parking nearby.

Such a great,family friendly, genuine restaurant. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is always with a smile and nothing is too much for them. We love this place!

I've been coming here for the past 7 years and it's incredible! I don't get here often as I'm from Essex but I love it! The food, service and atmosphere is brilliant. My favourite is especially the pasta man, Fabio! Still remembers me and my family after 2 years from our last visit! My favourite restaurant, never change!

I am absolutely delighted with the service, the staff were very polite , they were efficient & attentive. The food were delicious. I had Resotto ai Frutti di Mare & some of calzone. A truly pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend dining at Il Sorriso.

Had my 30th birthday dinner last night. 26 people altogether. Omar and the team were incredible. Nothing was to much trouble and we all had a wonderful time. Food was amazing as usual. I love coming to il sorriso, we come as often as we can and I am never disappointed. Thank you for accommodating my birthday, I wasn't looking forward to turning 30 being pregnant but I had a wonderful night!

Had a birthday party for 12 on a busy Saturday night. Food was wonderful and service was great. We were really looked after again by the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back and would definitely recommend.... Xxx

My friend has dietary requirements and food allergies and I forgot to inform the restaurant when booking but they were happy to accommodate us in anyway we asked.

Gorgeous lunch. Started well with a Hendricks and elderflower tonic. Starter of fresh calamari and main of fresh pasta with a crab, tomato and chilli sauce all washed down with Pinot Grigio. It was outstanding and we had great service from what feels like a truly family run Italian restaurant. Will be back soon.

Awesome food�truely enjoyed it 1st and 2nd visited yesterday�was gr8 until towards the end,group of party came in they were so loud on top of their voices,as if they want people's to hear their conversation,didn't enjoyed my tea and wanna leave!

After living in the area for 10 years plus I'm ashamed to say I had never eaten here.So on Friday night my wife and I walked the short walk over to the restaurant.We walked in with no table reservation and the restaurant was absolutely packed.We were told we would have around a 15-20 minute wait as the empty tables we reserved which was no big problem at all.Within 5 minutes we were seated and ordering drinks and starters.The Prosecco we ordered arrived really quickly and was perfectly chilled and crisp to taste.Our starter of pizza bread topped with tomato and garlic arrived not long after and was absolutely perfect.The pizza base was made fresh behind where we seated and was amazing.Our mains were ordered,my wife had the Pollo Milanese and I had the Pollo Ripieno Alla Cacciatore.Both arrived really quickly and were absolutely amazing!The spaghetti in tomato sauce that came with my wife's meal was absolutely divine and the chicken was absolutely massive and really juicey and tasty.My meal was beautiful and the accompanying veg and the sauce was just amazing!The service was second to none and the staff were absolutely amazing!We look forward to seeing you again soon and thank you for making a rare meal out together an absolute pleasure!

A very spontaneous visit after a long car journey and near to where we stayed. Welcomed in to the busy restaurant (unbelievable for a Monday night) given a lovely table and got our starters out very quick. Food was lovely. Service great. Will definitely return if in the area!

Caught up with an old friend here last night.

The restaurant was packed, good sign of popularity & we'd heard fab things. Food & service didnt disappoint either, fresh ingredients well cooked, home made breads & pizza were lovely. My only critiscm, when its 25 degrees outside still & as busy as it was........please use your air conditioning, it was stifling hot to the point it was unbearable! But def go back for their amazing food ��
