It has it’s own drawing office with electrical and mechanical engineers offering support throughout the business using Solidworks, Autocad Electrical & Inventor.

Electrical Distribution Products:
iLECSYS have a wealth of experience in the distribution of electrical control products including enclosures, cable, cable management, control gear, switch gear, automation, terminals and connectors, distribution & protection, hardware, fixings & tooling and have stock valued at £2M to support the business.

Staff have remained with iLECSYS for many years and have a combined experience of over 200 years. A creative, forward thinking, experienced team who will do their utmost to find the products you are looking for even if they are not kept as a mainline item.

Engineering & Sheet Metal Fabrication:
iLECSYS offer a comprehensive range of manufacturing processes from 4 axis CNC through to high precision fabricated components and finished products and precision turned parts in a wide range of specialist materials. The engineering services are tailored to offering a complimentary support service to the supply of electrical enclosures including machining, special gaskets, supporting metal work such as brackets, pillars, etc

iLECSYS Fabrication has been providing high quality sheet metal design and fabrication to a wide range of industries including Defence, Microelectronics, Medical & Instrumentation for over 40 years.

Hazardous Area:
iLECSYS Ex specializes in the manufacture of Type ‘E’ increased safety products. Approved and audited by Baseefa, a world renowned British certification body for equipment intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

iLECSYS Ex have ATEX and IECEx product certification.

The manufacture of ‘safety critical’ equipment has to follow stringent requirements. Having the in-house design & manufacturing capabilities together with the back-up of large stocks enables the company to design and deliver products without delay and to tight deadlines. The process for manufacture is deployed throughout the iLECSYS Group ensuring the same level of quality

Rail:
iLECSYS Rail are now established as one of the major SMEs in the design, manufacture and test of Class II IT signalling power supply equipment to Network Rail.

They are at the forefront in the development and manufacture of new technology products currently being rolled out across the rail network in the UK. These include rapid commissioning Plug & Play Signalling Equipment, compact FSPs and turnkey Composite trackside structures.

iLECSYS Rail are proud to be members of the Class II Alliance and adopt BS11000 in working collaboratively to deliver efficient designs and cost effective program implementation. Working closely with NR, TFL and HS2, iLECSYS Rail are leading the way in the adoption of Composites to improve trackside safety and extended asset life.

A wide range of PADS approved products allow for ease of integration into existing schemes as well a broad choice for Designers to optimize new works. .
