Lovely staff, great service, took my engagement ring in as the diamond was moving slightly, had it back the next day! Well worth the money, I recommend them!

Glad shops like this still exist! Really excellent personal service. Ring re-sized within 2 weeks and came back sparkling clean. Really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Iles to anyone.

Really sterling customer service, lovely staff made me feel valued! Good job done on the two rings I wanted resized too - after the first alteration one ring still didn't fit and this was corrected within 45min for no extra charge. Only thing is that it took three weeks to get the jobs done rather than two, which is what I'd been told. But overall very satisfied, would definitely return!!

It took long a long time, as the part had to be shipped from Switzerland, but my watch works very well now! I am very grateful to the skilled person who fixed my watch, and to the friendly service at the front desk. Thank you!

Have only used Iles for battery replacements so far, but the service was polite and efficient every time.

Don't expect any kind of customer service, went in to have my partners necklace cleaned and a bracelet fixed. We were served by a miserable lady, felt like we were totally inconveniencing them for being in their shop!

Necklace went upstairs for a few minutes before we demanded them back. There was no way I was going to spend my hard earned money in there with their attitude.

Necklace came back down with 3 knots in it!!

Rude, miserable, no respect or care taken. In fact I've only given 1 star as its the lowest I could give. They are not worthy of the 1 star.

Since new owners have taken over ( the jeweller of 35 yrs) and the old iles have left it's much better great staff and service very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and on collection of my very expensive diamond and platinum ring which needed re tipping it was like a new ring, they also phoned me to let me know it's ready was ready in 2 working weeks done on site to. Took to others jewellers in the area they wanted much more money being sent away and also up to 6 weeks. Will definitely be back with my repairs

AWFUL... gave them a quite expensive watch to service and replace the glass. Eventually came back and within two weeks the glass misted over. On closer inspection the glass wasn't in correctly. They have now repaired their repair but the permanent damage from corrosion due to the condensation is still evident. They didn't even have the grace to extend the warranty from the date of repair. Awful customer service and awful general service. Its a shame to see a so called expert let themselves down so easily. I would recommend a customer service course at the very least.
