Came today as a group of 10 yes it was bank holiday Monday and of cause raining so expected it to be busy but the manager organised the staff very well and ran very smoothly great afternoon with the kids we all loved it thank you
Nota bad night out frankly. But God ! It's tired and grubby. REALLY needs a face lift
It's really gone down hill, looks tired and grubby, you have to request bowling shoes and they are also a bit tired looking. Don't do the concessions like they used to since management changed and don't do print outs of the scores for the kids like most alleys. There is little atmosphere and as a person who used to go regularly, I'm sorry to say I won't be returning
Poor establishment and when my daughter fell over there was no first aider or first aid kit!
