Couldn't get a better service. Knowledgeable, understanding, patient, pleasant & prepared to spend as much time as needed to get the right bike for you. Came away with the perfect bike for my needs & my husband is also looking to buy a bike from this shop...even though we live on Dartmoor!

Ilkley cycles is one of the workshops I take my MTB to for work, if I can't do the job myself. The mechanics here are very well versed in all things pedal powered!

I've had a number of upgrades done here, and the guys are fair and square every time.

Special shout to Joe, and top lad who knows what customers want, and always happy to answer any techy questions you might have.

I have shopped at both the new and old shop. Still the same great customer service, and the parking and cafe are just two of the new benefits. I have bought several bikes over the years both road and mountain bikes and any problems always sorted without complaint by the staff. Highly recommended.
