Please let me introduce myself - I am Amanda the 'hypnobirthing midwife' .
I have 30 years experience of helping women give birth and I am Ilkley's longest established SPECIALIST hypnobirthing instructor.
I teach The Wise Hypo Birthing Programme, the modern, fresh inspired hypnobirthing programme which is honestly THE BEST way to prepare for your labour and birth.
I've seen first hand, literally hundreds of women give birth using these techniques and it completely bowls me over every time!
You don't have to be planning a home birth or water birth, these techniques really make a difference to EVERY kind of birth including inductions, forceps and caesarean sections.
I used hypnobirthing for the birth of my three sons and it was totally amazing!
As an Independent midwife I can also offer you help and support with any medical issues you may have. I'm more than happy for you to take advantage of my in-depth knowledge and skills!
