I am an early years teacher and have worked in early years education for over twelve years. I started selling wooden toys in Broadway market in Hackney earlier this year. I was often asked by customers if they could order my products online.

In today's technological world children are exposed lots of 'second hand experiences' such as television, Ipads, video and computer games. So much exposure to technology can lead to children lose their naturalmpulse to be imaginative and to create their own play and learning.

By using simple materials and toys that can be used in different ways children are given opportunities to engage in open ended, creative play where they can explore and express their imagination and creativity in any way they want to.
