I take an holistic approach to my work and offer Massage Therapy that can be integrated with Energy Healing and Life Coaching to help people reach their optimum level of health physically and mentally.
I now work with women through Peri to Post Menopause, empowering them with the knowledge and skills they need for a positive Peri Menopause and beyond.

The pressure on our children to do well in exams is so high that our children are suffering. Teach them self love, confidence and to believe in themselves. Encourage them to follow their dreams and that they have their whole lives ahead of them to learn, grow and discover themselves and that exams at 16 do not define them β€οΈ

The theme for this years Mental Health Awareness Week is Body Image. We are bombarded with images of perfect air brushed bodies on social media and on reality tv which is NOT reality. Our children are growing up with these pressures, lets all try to change this by educating ourselves in what is real π
My little Maxwell asked to wear my Vitali-Chi eye mask to bed tonight and listen to our meditation music because he enjoyed the meditation class so much π He is so cute π₯° You wouldnβt think that 10 minutes prior to this he was having a lightsaber fight with his Dad recreating a scene from Star Wars π
