New start-up visa route announced by the Home Secretary:
People who want to start a business in the UK will be able to apply for a new “start-up” visa, the Home Secretary has announced today. The expanded route will launch in Spring 2019, further details will be announced in due course.

Breaking news: The Court of Appeal allows lead test appeals on ETS/TOEIC Judicial Reviews (section 10 removal decisions and section 94 certified decisions with no in-country right of appeal). Lord Justice Underhill (with whom Lord Justice Floyd and Lord Justice Irwin agree) concludes that “an out-of-country appeal would not satisfy the Appellants’ rights, either at common law or under Article 8 of the Convention, to a fair and effective procedure to challenge the decisions to remove them”.
