We are the students' union of Imperial College London. We've made your time at Imperial so much better for over 100 years.

We campaign, lobby and work with the College to protect and promote your interests; we offer support and guidance when you need it; and we offer the right tools to empower our students, through our democracy, online resources and training sessions.

We have six constituent unions at Imperial. As Imperial formed from multiple independent institutions over the years, their respective students’ unions are still active. They mainly offer social activities and events for each of their colleges /demographics, with us (the College’s main students’ union) offering the advice, campaigns, and development opportunities.

→ Clubs, Societies & Projects
Getting involved in student activities is a fantastic way to meet new people, learn a new skill, or to simply have fun. We have over 340 groups to choose from, so there’s something for everyone!

→ Volunteering and student social enterprise
Take part in one-off or regular volunteering in the local community, or take social action through social enterprise with Community Connections. You can also have your volunteering time recognised through Imperial Plus, our volunteer accreditation scheme.

Our elected Academic Representatives are responsible for identifying issues affecting your learning and helping to improve them, and they work across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs and research groups.

→ Reynolds
Open to everyone, Reynolds is most popular with our medics due to its proximity to the hospital and halls. It is located on our Charing Cross campus.

Since the College opened their new halls in North Acton, we’ve offered a much needed student space. Serving good food at student prices, the Foundry is, like all of our bars, open to everyone.
