Imperial Express Cafe Description

A busy, bustly cafe with a freindly atmosphere created by the staff and customers alike. Imperial is a well established business which has been around for 21 years.
Food, which is freshly prepared daily, includes a selection of salads, soup, pasta and a choice of main dishes usually including, chicken, steak, fish etc. The pasta and main dishes are changed daily and the very tempting pudding dishes also vary from day to day as our head chef is always experimenting and creating new delights.
We offer a childrens menu.
Breakfast is served Monday to Saturday from 8. 30-11. 30. Lunch is served 12-2. 30pm. Evening meals are served from 5. 30-8. 30pm Last orders on a Saturday 8. 00pm. Sandwiches, soup, salads and puddings are served throughout the day. If you are simply after a nice cup of coffee and a little treat then we serve cakes throughout the day too.
Please note that 8. 30 pm is only last orders for food and there is plenty of time after this to eat, drink, converse. . . whatever you wish.
The Corridor Bar is a great place to drink before or after you sit down to eat with a range of spirits, liquers and cocktails. And if you don't fancy a sit down meal then you can choose some dishes from our tapas menu which can be enjoyed in the bar.
We have recently started opening on Sundays for brunch which is quickly becoming popular.
As well as dining in, Imperial has take away food. Sandwiches, pastas and salads are available to take away as well as coffes and teas. We also offer a catering service for local businesses /customers who need food for small corporate events, business meetings, parties etc.
