Extremely poor customer service, Have ordered on two separate occasions, First had the wrong stuff sent which was unusable, told a replacement would be sent which never arrived and could never be given any confirmation it had been sent despite being told many times that confirmation would be sent over. 4 months later and no sign of it.
tried to order again and two weeks later still no delivery and no sign that anything has been dispatched.
Use someone else

- Update - As for your response that you would like to sort this out, you had plenty of chance and I have already wasted too much time. Maybe if you were interested in resolving problems maybe deal with them while they are happening rather than screening calls...

Absolutely shocking service from A Series Spares. Ordered a alloy radiator for my 1980 MGB GT on a Sunday evening arrived on the Friday of the following week only for it to be manufactured incorrectly!
The brackets were welded in the complete wrong places so I emailed to explain the situation. They admitted some of the stock was wrong and that they would send a replacement unit out as soon as possible. It's now over a week since the fault was admitted and the replacement was "posted"!
The replacement unit was promised for a Saturday delivery after waiting in all day and it never turned up. It's now Monday and still no sign. So it's clearly a lie, "We will get in touch on Monday" (no comment)!
Was beginning to trust the company but now I have given up all faith in them. No refund or any credit given for the defective part I have since adapted the brackets to fit on my show car after missing 2 weekends of shows because of it. I'm sure this will be a great topic of conversation when I'm asked why my radiator is incorrectly spaced by fellow enthusiasts.
