my partner and my daughter and myself visited imrans on Friday eve we haven't been for a long time .The food was first class and so we're the cocktails. The staff were excellant friendly and we were made welcome we will definitely be returning and will definitely be recommending to family and friends .Thanks for making our evening so enjoyable

Fresh food and very consistent. Owners always look after you. Has to be be up there for Birmingham restaurants.

This was by far the best curry I have ever eaten!! I'm from London and it was my first trip to Birmingham and I was recommended to go here by an Indian friend!!

Simple things like bringing water and poppadoms for free made for a good start. The main courses were delicious and nicely served and reasonably priced. As we were only visiting Birmingham for the weekend I'd suggested a meal in the Balti Triangle and this was perfect.

I've been eating there for 40 years and have seen many changes over the years some good some not so good. I have to say one. Thing that has never changed is the quality of the food ! The best in Birmingham! Service has improved , so well worth a visit 😊😊👍🏼

I hadn’t been for a couple of years after spending 10 years going weekly. I was delighted to see that the decor has been updated without losing the essence of the restaurant, then even more pleased to see that the cooking is as good as it ever was, if not even better. Still the best naan bread I have ever eaten.

Great food and huge portions. The only 2 small criticisms are that we paid for 2 portions of rice but only received one. I am sure this was a genuine error and in any event we were so full we could not eat everything anyway. The second criticism is that we were kept waiting over 45 minutes for our take away when we were told it would take much less time. Honesty is the best policy ! It was worth waiting for but tell your customers it takes 45 minutes so they wont keep hounding you !

Brilliant service, great food would definitely recommend the chicken balti & the chicken biryani , mix grill is a good starter as you get a bit of everything which was on par.

Been going to imrans for 35 years best there is nothing can touch the food the service the people miss the dad tho a true gentleman but the son's are doing him proud highly recommend

we originally planned to go to Azims in Lozzels but it was closed for refurbishment so we headed to the 'Balti Triangle' instead. Imrans was the next best thing.Great Food, had a long wait for food to arrive but it does seem the kind of restaurant where you are there for the social occasion. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Take your own alcohol as they do not serve it and the 'grog shop' next door has limited choice but is not super expensive.The road outside is very busy and parking may be a problem Overall a very good Balti House

Me and my hubby love coming here. Its been here for quite a while and recently seen some much deserved refurbishments. Looks great, service was amazing regularly being asked if we were happy, and food is always beautiful with my favourite buttery fluffy naans x

Brilliant food as ever ( been coming there over 30 years!!) but please bring back proper Balti dishes. So disappointing to get a Balti in a white ceramic cereal bowl. It just doesn't look right.

Based on food I would say it was good however the service is poor. The old waiter has no manners and barges past you and doesn't apologise. The food comes out very late and when it did come out we got the mains before the starters. (Bizarre) The decor is nice and as I said at the start the food was good but needs a lot of improvment in other areas.

never going again. waited ages to get a seat if you ask someone they don't even know. than waited for almost 20 minutes just to give the order. food was average. and when we went to pay even there had to wait..



first of all they need to change the layout instead of having the counter right in the middle have it on the side than hire more staff.

I found a WHITE LONG HAIR in my chicken Palaq today wallah

The Kurdish waiter tried hiding the evidence by binning it n carried on tbh no customer service skills how did he get the job ,I had to therefore raise Awareness with one of the ladies on stand by I really can’t believe it and she gave me chocolate n apologised waste of time luckily I didn’t choke up I’m still going to file a serious complaint and contact hygiene inspectors .😡😡😡😡😡
