Good News -Good News for victims of TOEIC .
The Home office UK has decided to withdraw their appeal to the Supreme Court in Ahsan & others [2017] EWCA Civ 2009: lead ETS/TOEIC JRs, where the Court of Appeal held that “an out-of-country appeal would not satisfy the Appellants’ rights ... to a fair and effective procedure ...”
... All those who are affected by the Home Office’s unlawful policy of forcing the migrants to leave the UK before they can fairly contest the allegation of having used deception (by sitting and/or relying on a TOEIC English certificate) in an in-country appeal; can seek to get benefited from this Ahsan case and secure an in country right of appeal to have a fair chance of getting their names cleared from this lasting blot (10 years ban on re-entry to UK) on their character.
We are already making representations and court applications (in time and out of time) on behalf of the clients who are seeking to get benefitted from Ahsan case.
Also those who have already left the country or have been removed or deported due to unproven TOEIC allegation may consider seeking legal advice regardless of time limits.
