Well this week's flown by! And it's gone from humid and hot to grey, rainy and chilly ... feels like Autumn is upon us in mid-August!! Perhaps we'll have a late golden Goose-Summer in September ... HEAPS of new items unpacked and out this week: delicate beaded chakra bracelets, wall plaques, new gothic fairy/angel greetings cards with matching satin drawstring bags, new stock of pendulums in many different gemstones, fresh stocks of small solid-colour SPELL CANDLES in ma...ny colours including lilac, red, black, white, ivory, green, blue, orange, pink and purple ... and this beautiful hand-carved wood and gold-highlighted Tree Goddess wall plaque £15. This traditional Navajo animal fetish necklace has much more detailed carving on the animal pieces - I absolutely adore it! The cross-hatching on the salmon's body, and on the beaver's flat tail - it's just beautifully done! Wolf, frog, white buffalo, turtle, pelican ... all with lovely colourful and interestingly marked stones to enhance the character of the creature … A really special piece - this kind of skilled work is getting harder and harder to obtain. £88 Single strand beaver earrings on tiny hishi shell and turquoise beads £25

Here's one of the new stock of traditional hand-carved Navajo animal fetish necklaces! Each animal is strung on tiny hishi shell and turquoise bead strand, again, each bead is handmade - it's painstaking, careful, patient work to carve each bead of shell - and the animals are beautiful shapes carved in tiger's eye, turquoise, lapis lazuli, rose quartz, pipestone, agate, and on this one turtles of glittering goldstone along with wolf, skunk, bear, horse, bird and fish: 13 fetishes in all, symbolising sacred animal totems who can bring you protection and guidance … This necklace is £80. There are also earrings from £25 and necklaces with a single fetish on them too.

Off to the shop early today for an 8.30am tarot consultation ~ last week I was unpacking the most beautiful collection of hand-carved traditional Navajo animal fetish jewellery: necklaces and earrings with multi-stone designs of wolf, bear, fox, skunk, hummingbird, turtle, salmon, horse, beaver and squirrel, strung on strands made of tiny shell hishi beads with turquoise, and the animals made of many different stones in blue, green, black, brown, grey, red, orange (spiny oyst...er shell) ~ photos to come. Here's a beautiful piece of LABRADORITE currently looking for a loving home ... Shimmering in green, blue, red, yellow, orange and lilac, the myriad iridescent planes in this feldspars make-up create a mesmerising, shifting, gleaming effect as you hold it and turn it in your hand ... Hard to capture in a photo, I've tried to show angles where you see the amazing colour effect ... This piece and another larger with even more shimmer are in stock at the moment, and can be posted out if required! Yesterday's alternate sunshine and downpours took a few people by surprise - today's supposed to be drier ... Have a terrific Tuesday!

NEW MOON ON MONDAY! After lots of rain last night, it's a bright and fresh morning ~ SIX DAYS TO GO TO THE 28th NORWICH Mind, Body & Spirit Fair at The Forum! In the shop, LOTS of our calendar and diary stock for 2019 have come in early! Fairy Houses, Angels, Celtic Mandalas, Dia de Los Muertos and Fantasy artwork are just some of the 12-print calendars, and Katie Daisy flower diary which sold out INSTANTLY last year I have managed to order more of, but quite a lot of stock ...is already reserved for people who booked it in advance with us ... This is, in my opinion, the best of the best of shops like this. I only wish I could shop there by actually visiting again, rather than just on-line.
