This week being Mind #mentalhealthawarenessweek our Leadership & Management teams are undergoing a refresher course in Mental Health Awareness, learning how they can improve #Wellbeing by encouraging teams to speak out on their mental health!

Hugely kind words from Scotty's Little Soldiers founder Nikki Scott, thanking the IFM Leadership team for all their hard efforts tackling the #IFMTwinPeaksChallenge and raising over £7,000 for the charity!

The Leadership team from Incentive FM Group completed the Twin Peaks Challenge this week. The guys overcame aching limbs and painful blisters to raise £7,000 for charity Scotty's Little Soldiers during the 24-hour challenge.
Within 24hrs hey climbed 3,220ft to reach the summit of Scafell Pike in the Lake District.To come down and drive north to Fort William to scale Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK at 4,412ft. Truly Well Done to All! 👏
