How many times do you hear this... how many times do you say this. When In fact, You are NOT fine! Sometimes pretending you’re fine is a whole lot easier than having to explain all the reasons why you are not. And that’s OK, BUT is it?? How long can you carry all of this self loathing in your own head? .. the negative self talk, the voice telling you to stay silent, telling you to get over yourself and to hide away, as you’re clearly not worthy of anyone’s love or compassion. This is not true .. YOU, WE are not burdens, We are dearly loved ..Brothers, Sisters, Sons,Daughters, Mothers, Fathers, Lovers, Friends. And we are all fabulous and need to be reminded every now and then not to believe everything we think.

When people don’t pay attention to what we have to say, we can sense a lack of connection. Sometimes the thinking in a listener’s head is so busy and loud that you are interrupted. Or a listener’s thoughts are so strong that they can’t hear you over their own thinking. In this situation it is certainly not about you and this can leave you feeling worthless and bereft. Let’s try not to block one another’s feelings and thoughts by building a wall of our own. It is only when we feel truly heard that we can begin to heal.
