Two bike services and Bike fits, Service was excellent and good advise given. Would highly recommend this business for any cycling needs.

Picked up my new bike today , I was so excited forgot to say thank you Jim , got the bike home and gave it a quick spin around my usual track, it's perfect, sound advice from a refreshingly helpful shop .

Outstanding work as usual this morning when I turned up with a broken spoke. A day's riding saved thanks to super quick service. Thank you very much!

New to the area so finding a decent helpful bike shop definitely needed. Really helpful and welcoming place! Booked my bike in to have a tune up which was done well and promptly, feels like new again. Really happy, look forward to my next visit, now just to decided what I 'need' to buy!

Independent packed two bikes for me to ship back to the USA when my work assignment in UK was done. They did a phenomenal job, even holding the bikes for me until the shipper picked them up. Highly recommend these guys for all your biking needs! Thanks Jim and Team!!

Hello Jim. Quick thank you message for properly setting my bike up as well as supplying shoes, cleats and pedals. I took your advice and had a try out ride on my own. Astonishing performance transformation most noticeable in gear selection! Managed to fluff reattaching the left pedal just once :) not bad for a beginner.

Had a problem with a defective rear tyre today. The problem was resolved quickly and with no fuss. Always great customer service and great advice.

First time out on my new set of Mason X Hunt wheels and such an improvement! Thanks Jim for selecting a great wheel/tyre upgrade for me.

Did a great job supplying and fitting my Chris King headset and Bottom bracket and building a great set of wheels
