Hi, I’m Helen and I am an Independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant in the Bournemouth and surrounding areas.

I was fed up with yo-yoing up and down one pound at a time, and looked for a perfect plan. My order was a tall one. It had to be affordable, nutritionally balanced and safe.
