I became a Counsellor after successfully losing a lot of weight with the Cambridge Weight Plan. I have maintained my weight loss for many years and know that it has completely changed my life. I have more energy and fun than ever before!

I run a diet and health centre from my home and am available six days /evenings a week. I teach healthy eating so that once my clients have lost their weight, they find it easy to maintain it. Having had a weight problem for most of my life, I understand how important it is to have someone to help stay on track and achieve your goals.
