I am an Independent Consultant with Cambridge Weight Plan based in Stoke-on-Trent. I offer a fully mobile and flexible service to suit your needs.

I am based in Stoke-on-Trent and offer a fully mobile service to Stoke, Crewe & Nantwich. (surrounding areas also covered. )

I offer a fully confidential and tailored service to suit your needs, I myself have used Cambridge Weight Plan which enables me to understand your needs and emotions throughout your journey.

I will meet with you on a weekly basis (less if better suited to you, though no less than four weekly. ) I will be available to contact at all times for support or enquires and will aim to respond as soon as possible.

Your initial meeting will be up to 1 hour, this enables me to obtain your information, current height & weight and any health issues and /or medication you may be taking, this is to ensure you experience a safe weight loss programme for YOU. Appointments thereafter will be around 15-30 mins.
