The security gentleman was courtious and helpful .
The waiting time was reasonable and the ticketing system appeared to be efficient .
The young lady on counter 9 Dhara was excellent in her customer service . She was polite and dealt with out application in a very efficient manner . She was very good at making us at ease while she proceeded with the paperwork .
Due to a minor problem we spoke to the duty manager who was able to resolve the problem quickly. He understood our problem and efficiently dealt with the issue .
My husband and I would like to say thank you and appreciate the hard work staff does to accomadate the customer with different needs .
We also wish all the VFS staff a very Merry XMAS and a happy New Year !
I imagined a really long wait. How wrong I was !!! In and out in 5 minutes ��
Excellent service provided. Courteous staff. Didn't have to wait for long. Pls keep it up. Very satisfied with the service!
They charge for the price of 2 couriers when delivering to the same address. And if you don't have an appointment they charge you a fee. It's daylight robbery. Suddenly 2 visas that should cost 200 pound has cost me 251 pounds.. it's hardly encouraging tourists to come to India, it's a growing economy but this was blatant day light robbery. I certainly will not be recommending India as a holiday destination.
And on my first visit I had one question "does the 2nd person need to be present for a visa, I had to wait 3 hours to get a response....terrible. The only decent person there was the security guard.
It's a joke and it keeps getting worse
I spent £300 there. They do not have any courtesy to provide me two photocopy worth 25p. As I didn't have cash I was wondering for 40 minutes to get ATM.
I have not used this service but have just paid £122 for a 7 day tourist visa to India, what a RIP OFF. I am now regretting ever booking the flights.
