What a fabulous way to spend a wet afternoon in Brighton. Delicious options of fine Indian cuisine. We loved the Thalis. The wine list is extensive and good. Great service. We will be back.

We stopped at Indian Summer by chance and we're so glad we did. The service and food was excellent. They don't offer a huge menu but ensure everything they do offer is cooked to a really high standard. The complimentary little tasting dishes were a very nice touch. A great find and wish I lived in Brighton so I could visit more often!

We passed by the restaurant and decided to take a look at the menu, we wanted a quick lunch and there was a lunch menu. Decided to try it out as it was reasonably priced. The food was amazing and the service very excellent. We decided to stay for dessert and again it was delicious. We will return again and fully recommend a visit as it really is a top class taste explosion.

We love this restaurant, best one in Brighton. Food absolutely delicious, lovely ambiance and the staff are wonderful. Tim the manager goes out of his way to make your evening perfect. We have been many times ( every time we visit Brighton) over the last 9 years and cannot fault this restaurant. Last night my husband celebrated his 50th birthday at the Indian Summer. Tim and his team made the evening very special with drinks, a huge birthday balloon and delicious cake. It was a truly memorable evening.

Thank you all so much. I highly recommend this restaurant. I do advise to book in advance for a Saturday evening as it’s so popular. Can’t wait till our next visit.

We arrived without a booking but were seated straight away on a Wednesday evening. We went for a two course meal which we were pleasantly surprised came with a tiny soup taster, our starter, followed by a delicious pallet cleanser and finally our main. Everything tasted amazing and the service was excellent. We treated ourselves to flower teas and were surprised at the endless supply of refreshing mint water.

Each part of our meal was presented with meticulous detail and it was a truly fabulous evening. Would recommend!

This is an amazing place so glad we found it. The service is great and the food is excellent. It is stunning Indian food presented beautifully. The little extras like the soup shot and sorbet pallet cleanser are fab. Highly recommend it.

The best Indian restaurant I have ever been in. The service, ambiance and food is always perfect. Have visited several times and it's always as as good as previously. There is also a very good choice of vegetarian food for me the Masala Dosa is amazing just never enough room for the Vegetarian Thali after. Can't wait to go back again.

THE best Indian restaurant in town. In fact, the best restaurant in town. Their flavours are sublime, the service is impeccable (especially Maitre’d Tim who is a dish himself!), the ambiance is really lovely and so is their wine list!

Last night we enjoyed the divine flavours and aromas of Indian Summer.. a new experience of Indian food, now where to be found was a tikka masala!! Fabulous.

One dish was a bit short on prawns but once noted it was soon remedied.. I’ll be back soon �

If you are looking for your bog standard Indian you have come to the wrong place. This is a restaurant that breaks new barriers of taste. I don’t think I have ever seen pork on an Indian menu and it did not disappoint. The staff in the restaurant are knowledgeable and seem genuinely in love with their jobs.



I cannot fault any part of the evening and I will definitely be returning whenever I am in Brighton

Do yourself a favour in this bleak winter and go and enjoy an Indian summer.

I don’t know if Indian Summer is the best Indian restaurant in the UK; I haven’t visited them all.



Modern decor, excellent service, and a unique slant on Indian cuisine.

Food simply - wow. I will go as far as saying it’s the best curry eating experience that I have had for a very long time. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic food and staff was amazing, will be going back next year when we run the Brighton marathon again.

Attentive staff, fabulous food, the best curry I've had in a long time, the masala dosa was amazing although quite big! so one starter to share would have been enough, lovely lovely restaurant highly recommend.

As a party of 4 we called for a meal last night at this restaurant and can honestly say it was the nicest indian meal ive ever had.

Arrived without booking, were seated right away and had a choice of where we preferred to sit. The waiters especially Greg were extremely attentive and friendly. Made you feel at home, food served pretty speedy and didn't have to wait long for my wine to be topped up! Will be back again
