Swimming is an essential life skill that everyone should learn! We run swimming lessons every day in numerous different locations around Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne and Ringwood. Taught in small groups of five for non-swimmers, beginners (can swim 5m) and improvers (can swim more than 5m), we are sure to find the right class for you. We started our son at individuality in January when he was 16 months old. We hadn’t done much swimming with him before and he was a little anxious in the water.....five months later he now cannot wait to get into the pool each Sunday. He loves going under water, jumping in and all the songs we sing. Tom his teacher is fantastic with him and the small group means our son is really progressing and we couldn’t be happier with his confidence in the water! Thank you �

We have been with individuality since my son was 6 weeks old and cannot recommend them enough. My son is now nearly 18 months and loves every moment in the pool. The instructors are second to none!

We are more than happy with Kristen and her team. Excellent all round, highly recommend this swimming school.

Our daughter has been having swimming lessons since she was 6 weeks old and is now 3.5 and still absolutely loves it! Highly recommend individuality swimming!!

My daughter who is 3 years old hated the water for as long as I can remember from bath time to splashing in puddles to washing her hair. Would scream the house down if I so mentioned the word shower. However since joining swimming lessons she has totally transformed loves bath time puts her head under water jumps in the pool and swimming techniques coming in leaps and bounds. The teaching is second to none. Instructors are excellent cool and calm. Rob is fantastic. This has helped her learn discipline and adapt her listening skills and the all important life lesson in swimming. 5*

My daughter have just done her first 7 week course with Tom C. There was 6 babies in total for our private 30 minute lesson (we are all from the same nct group and babies around 4/5 months) He was fantastic.....So welcoming and made us all feel at ease. My daughter now loves bath times more and is always kicking away in the bath. We have signed up again for next term.

My daughter has been going here for about a year and her progress has been amazing! We have tried other swim schools in the past but this has to be the best so far - the teaching is excellent, they really get to know the children and help to support their weaker areas. It’s much more consistent for the kids as it’s all year round and worth paying a bit more for smaller classes! Well done Individuality!

My children have been with Individuality for over a year and they love it! My daughter (4.5) is doing amazingly well, she was petrified and got so upset when she started group lessons. After a few months of doing 2:1 lessons with Ben and her brother she calmed down. She now has so much more confidence and just got her 10m badge which is amazing! Ben has been brilliant with her and really helps her through things if she’s worried. And my son(1.5) loves Elaine, he loves being in the water and jumping in!! 5*

My almost 3-year old daughter started swimming lessons with Individuality a few weeks ago. She was VERY reluctant at first, crying the place down (rather embarrassingly....!) but the staff were amazingly patient and calm with her. Tom and Becky have been amazing. She finally went in willingly with Becky last week and we even got smiles and waves as we watched on! I’ve been very impressed with all contact with Individuality so far. Thank you 😁

My 5 year old has been having weekly classes with individuality for about 9 months now. I have just seen her swim 40metres without stopping on her front and back unaided. I am so pleased with the quality of teaching and techniques. Special thanks to Becky and Kristin who have really understood my daughters needs and got her to this place. I was with Individuality Swim for over a year for my five year old daughter with special educational needs. Even though she couldn’t talk, and had difficulty understanding instructions, her instructor Ben was incredibly patient with her and worked tirelessly to help her get her first badge! She loved every second in the pool with him, learned and came along so much. I can’t recommend him enough. � Terrific instructor, and the venue was lovely too (Pinewood Lodge).

I have been using Individuality for 3 years now and my children’s swimming has gone from strength to strength. In particular, I can’t thank Tom enough for the patience and encouragement he has shown in helping them to progress. The change in confidence is amazing. Thank you Individuality :-)

I can’t recommend Individuality Swimming highly enough. It is friendly, expert and runs like clockwork. My son has learnt more in two weeks than he did in months and months of lessons elsewhere. This is due to the high level of coaching and commitment to the children succeeding. Send your child here if you want them to make progress.

I cannot recommend individuality enough. My 3 yr old recently started beginner lessons and was crying and refusing to get in the water at the start of the lesson. By the end she loved it and was asking to go back in. Thank you ladies. We’re only 3 lessons in but her confidence in the water has grown immensely.

I cannot recommend Individuality Swimming highly enough. Both my girls began swimming with them 3 months ago and have improved so quickly I feel I have wasted money on lessons with other companies for the past few years, i wish I'd found them sooner! My oldest daughter has now been selected to join Poole Swimming Club, I believe this is all down to the tuition she has received with Daisy and Becks at Individuality, thank you!

I am so impressed with Individuality Swimming. My daughter is really enjoying it and has picked up brilliant after not attending lessons for a year plus, swimming unaided and diving.

My son who is three and a half came away from his second lesson today. Swimming on a woggle by himself smiling away and jumping in unaided. (he has been attending other swimming lessons for over a year and hasn't achieved there what he has in two lessons with Individuality) I wasn't even expecting him to get in the pool without me and not being able to touch the floor. The instructors are extremely encouraging and I'm really pleased x

Highly recommend individuality swimming, my eldest has come on leaps and bounds since they took over Swalings and Ben's patience with my youngest is amazing!!! Thank you

Fantastic swimming lessons in small groups with great teaching. I have had my three boys in lessons here since they were two, they have loved it and the eldest two have just moved on to club swimming. Highly recommend.
