had my first facial here today, all the staff make you feel very welcome, kirsty did my facial today went through with me what suited my skin type which was really nice, while having the facial she was telling me step by step what she was doing. very relaxing salon and my face feels like it is glowing, thank you so much, will defintley be returning

We visited as a bridal group back in September and had a wonderful experience here! The girls were so lovely, friendly, accommodating, kind and brilliant. Our nails and toes all looked amazing! My Shellac manicure and pedicure was one of the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot!) and it lasted absolutely ages which was fantastic. Lovely tea too! I'd highly recommend this beauty salon. So lucky to have this Salon just 5 minutes from my home. Always a big welcome from Zoe, Lauren and Kirsty and treatments offered absolutely first class. Just spent the afternoon being pampered by Zoe ... absolute bliss. Just wish I could find the same treatment in my second home in Florida!

Inessence was the best discovery I have made since moving to West Sussex. It feels like a sanctuary where you can get away from it all, be pampered and looked after so well by Lauren, Zoe and Kirsty - always greeted with a big smile and a good cup of coffee. Lauren is a total perfectionist and my nails always look awesome. Amazing service, great value, a friendly environment and a super relaxing place just to get away from it all just for a little while. Mum and I got our nails done for my wedding recently. It was so lovely and they looked awesome in the pics. Thanks gals. You rock! :)

I've been having regular facials at Inessence for about 2 years now, ever since I was bought a voucher as a gift when we moved locally. I cannot recommend the treatments or the service highly enough. Very friendly, personal and professional. My skin is noticeably improved and after just having had the Guinot lift deluxe as an extra pampering treat, I can vouch I have noticed an instant difference. So pleased you guys are on my doorstep �
