This company is terrible. My first problem was with items being sent out that I had cancelled, then wouldn't escalate a return. When i finally did get a return they didn't credit it to my account. Next problem was that their replacement HP cartridges don't work on our printers what ridiculous time i had trying to return those, sent me out more and still didn't work so they charged me twice for cartridges. I got them to send me out genuine HP cartridges and they charged me an exorbitant amount for these. The first lot of cartridges mentioned were over £400 plus vat and I returned these in September 2016, now in Feb 2017 i have finally been credited for these (they told me that they hadn't received them even though THEIR courier had picked them up). The second and third lot of cartridges I have only been credited for one lot. They are now saying that I owe them £181 even though my account should be in credit. My account manager says he is doing whatever he can but is he really? No-one seems to know what anyone else is doing in this company and all they want to do is push sales at you. Stay clear at all costs.

Called my company up to offer their services, then told me I was being rude for not wanting to take the call. ??!?? I've never heard such a statement from a cold caller. Good luck

Sent goods out which were not ordered! This company is running a scam to try and force people into paying for something they have not ordered. Do not even entertain getting prices from them. They clearly have a high turnover of staff and keep no records so pretend that they have no idea about past conversations.

Awful, Quoted a price on the phone, Charged another, I had a feeling they would do this so made a note of the call recording, Have just send my 8th request for a credit note.... Still waiting, Will never use again.
