Our Infused Nutritionists will be offering advice on Detoxing, Nutritional therapy with one to one consultations available to help you and your family achieve optimum health!
Our team of fully qualified staff will help you with healthy fat loss, increasing vitality and life energy, sports performance and recovery and more!
If you choose to take part in the Infused 28 Day Body Transformation, you will first meet our Nutritional Therapist who will book you in for a Consultation. During this Consultation we will discuss goals and objectives and then we will develop your specialised meal plans.

вҖў The Palace of love and hope рҹ’“ Our first stop off yesterday was at the Kings summer Palace. King Vajiravudh designed the palace as a seaside summer retreat in 1923. Its made up of 3 sections connected by long walk ways with stunning sea views.... Watch out for snakes! We had a close encounter but kept our cool!!
вҖўMonkey mountain We drove to the top of Khao Takiab hill the home of many many monkeys. We were greeted by an impressive 20meter high Buddha overlooking the sea and of course cheeky monkeys, one managed to jump into the taxi but no harm was done! Phew! We climbed the steep stairway further up the mountain to a small temple. The view again was beautiful.
вҖўHua Hin Railway station Our last stop was here. The original station was built in 1910 and then re built in 1926 by Prince Purachatra Jayakara former commander of the Royal State Railways of Siam. It is a lovely little attraction and finished our afternoon off nicely!!!

Sundried tomato and garlic is so flavoursome and feels dead naughty but it's not!
God I'm so glad I can finally have a sausage butty that tastes like a sausage butty again пҝҪпҝҪ xxx
IвҖҷve been totally impressed by all the juices and smoothies I have had for my 3 day plan!Not going to lie it was challenging at 1st not reach for the snacks but I stuck with the plan and feel great for it!I got my drinks made for my needs and was able to message Emma when ever I needed help or just a little encouragement along the way пҝҪ IвҖҷve booked in for another 3 days before I go on holiday to beat the bloat!Im a busy mum of 6 and it was easy and convenient as well to take my drinks on the go!Thank you so much Infused Raw Health IвҖҷll be back!xxxx
