Have dealt with Innovate a few times and would never ever use anyone else, always deal with queries and answer any questions that are asked of them.. Steve is a credit to his staffs and is always there to help his staff keep such a high standard.. I have to of course give a special mention to the one and only KAREN, she is a legend and I doubt there’s nothing she doesn’t know about property, always on hand to help and goes above and beyond her duties on a daily basis.. just like to say thank you and keep up the good work!

The team took time to understand the property and were always available for viewings. I was always kept informed on updates on interested clients and felt they sold the property passionately. The team were also prepared to go with our intended valuation rather than down selling the property which built our confidence in this team.

The whole team are amazing. We went to view a house put an offer in the same day and Kaz also managed to arrange a meeting with the Mortgage Broker the same day. The whole process has been simple and pain free. Everyone makes you feel welcome and no question is ever a daft question! As this is the first house I am buying it was so reassuring to know I could puck up the phone and not feel like I was not being a pain.
