Started group workout training with Leon in January during a lunch hour - as too stagnant in the office in winter months, and wanted to build strength and conditioning ahead of spring sport and activities. 100% attained goals so far, and continuing improvement addictive.

Leon talked though step by step the excersises I had to do though having various different treatments, which i now have under control... and now I no what to look for, and how to approach my job with out over compensating on other muscle groups....

Leon is very good at not only treating specific injuries but also for identifying and providing effective remedial therapy exercises for a range of muscular skeletal ailments.

Leon is fantastic; years of problems with a rounded shoulder are very much alleviated and gone! Using a mix of active and passive techniques, Leon has worked on not only my shoulder, but areas connected to the problem – lengthening tight muscles all the way down my lateral sling – finding areas that I hadn’t even realised were tense. Leon is gentle, checking my pain tolerance with each new area he is working on. After normalising the range of motion on my right-hand side and curing my rounded shoulder, he’s now working on imbalances on the left, which are improving every time I see him. Leon has provided a tailored service right from the start, taking the time to understand each problem area and teaching me techniques and exercises to use at home myself. Massive thanks!

I've recently started personal training with Leon and am really impressed! Leon is a great trainer, passionate and knowledgeable, and really focuses on you as an individual and tailors the workout to you. I've only had a couple of sessions with Leon but he's worked wonders already! He's noticed issues within my squat technique/imbalance of strength and given me ways to correct it. I'm already seeing improvements in my shoulder mobility which is hugely effecting my Olympic lifts. Very impressed, I definitely recommend him!

I would highly recommend to anyone! The NHS have done nothing to help my shoulder injury but 30 mins with Leon and I already feel confident of a full recovery! Amazing work! See you next week!

I can't speak highly enough of Leon's work. He has helped me so much. I thought my back and shoulder problems were for life, but he has cured my shoulder and my back is better each time.
