So, I just rage quit Doom Eternal for being stupidly hard (I'll look for my controller later, its behind the sofa somewhere). If you are still working, we salute you right now. To everyone else who's been at home for the last week, what have you been playing?

We have decided in the interest of public safety and social distancing to close the store after today, until further notice. DVDs, games and Funko Pops are not life's necessities right now. We feel we have gotten to a point where it is irresponsible to keep inviting the public in, both for your safety and the safety of our staff and their families. We will be open this afternoon for one last session, from 1:00 pm till 5:00 pm. If you need a top up of any games or movies, please pop in but keep your distance. Otherwise stay home, stay safe and we'll see you when things start getting back under control.

Despite the panic buying, we still have plenty of DVDs ready for the lock down. 3 films for for 99p on all 50p titles. Help yourself to a squirt of hand sanitizer while you browse too :)

So, we know buying plastic luxuries are low on people's priorities at the moment. But if you need a break from TP hunting and feel like treating yourselves to something, check out our Pops section. We have hundreds in stock and after some aggressive price cuts, reckon we now have some of the cheapest Pops around. Seriously, Tobias Beckett and Fallout Power Armour are only £2.49! Loads more and most new Pops are £5.99 or less. Plus you're probably less likely to be coughed on here than fighting in the bread isle. :)

So gamers have been practicing self quarantine for years, we can handle it.. But imagine you could only have a maximum of three games to last a 7 day self quarantine. What three games, online included, would you pick to last a week?
