Went for the first time this weekend and I can say I was very impressed with how nice and clean the spa was. The choice of rooms available was great and the jacuzzi pool was very relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to people and I will be coming back �

Today I used my voucher I got for Christmas for the spa and as always I wasn’t disappointed in any way! So relaxing ! I also had a full body massage with a lady called sally and she did an amazing job! I had a hip replacement 3 months ago and I got the okay from the surgeon to have a massage and it was that good I kept dozing off I was so relaxed! The pressure she used was perfect, not too hard & she made me feel comfortable about my scar and the techniques that she used were so relaxing. She listened to what areas I said I’d prefer more time on and she managed to release a lot of tension from between my back and neck from when I was using crutches a few months ago. All in all - a very relaxing afternoon and would always recommend inside spa and the staff. Thanks again !!

This was my fourth visit to Inside Spa (visited today after winning a fab competition on their Facebook page) and it's been just as lovely & relaxing everytime! The spa itself is beautiful inside with a choice of steam/sauna rooms, a pool, foot spas and a relaxation room! I've used the mud chamber three of the times I've visited and I cannot recommend the treatment enough, my skin always feels so silky smooth afterwards and it is the perfect way to end the spa experience. The staff are all lovely & very professional. Fab spa, and amazing value for the price you pay! x

The spa area was lovely and clean and has been done up really nicely, the staff were all so friendly, the afternoon tea was good and I had the best facial ever from one of the girls. And it’s all at a great price too which makes it even better still!

I visited yesterday for a bespoke pamper with my two cousins and we had the perfect day. Wonderful friendly staff, spotless facilities and fabulously professional treatments. The lovely afternoon tea and prosecco was more than we expected. Our first time but we will definitely be back - fantastic value for money. Well done Inside Out spa you truly are a hidden gem.

I had an amazing full body massage yesterday with Keonie... it was so relaxing and the whole peaceful ambience of this place is just wonderful. Can’t wait to return! ��

I had a massage, some gel nails and toes by Keoni today � I’m really pleased with my nails and how she helped me pick a colour that suites my skin tone. She made me feel very welcome and easy going. Her massage was amazing and I loved every minute x

Had my sister's hen party here yesterday afternoon and it was great, staff couldn't have been more helpful, from initial booking to sorting us all out yesterday afternoon. It all ran really smoothly and the spa itself is lovely. Nice that we were allowed to have fizz in the relaxation room too. Thank you! �

Had an amazing facial and back massage and spa day, for my birthday. Lovely chill out in relaxation! Will definitely be back. Xxx ���xxx

Got this as a fathers day treat - WOW - one of the best spas i have been too multiple rooms (sauna, steam rooms etc) with a nice jacuzzi and foot spa.



Had a full body massage which was really nice too



Only thing i would fault is to give slippers as default like they do with robe and towel and it shares an entrance with a sports centre which is a bit odd - coming out of the treatment rooms (have to go out the spa area) going back to the lockers walking past people stood in a line waiting for the sports centre attendees to be free.

Came with my mum to have a bit of quiet time and unwind!! Was not disappointed at all!! The facilities are clean, the jacuzzi is fab, all the room are brilliant and I love the new Monsoon showers, especially the cold mist setting...the staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming!! I have already made plans with a friend to return in a few weeks time!!

Another lovely visit to the spa, book Tuesday for Wednesday morning. Made it almost half an hr late with the horrendous snow and had a lovely 2 hrs.

This was my first time ever going to a spa & i quite enjoyed it, the only thing that bothered me was the lack of individual changing rooms, its not ideal to get changed in a toilet cubicle � the staff were really friendly & i came away very relaxed �

My mum and I had a lovely morning in the Spa today for her birthday. The staff on reception were welcoming and professional booking us in and showing us where everything was. We spent a very relaxing 2 hours hopping in and out of the pool and trying the saunas, steam room, showers and foot spas. One lady commented that it was busier than nornal today but this did not cause any issues as there was plenty of room for everyone.

After getting dressed we returned to the seating area for our pre-booked afternoon tea and a glass of fizz.

If I had to be really picky the only thing I could fault was the shower things into the pool are a bit too powerful for the space in the pool. If someone is using them everyone else in the pool gets sprayed with the water too.

Even so I would definitely book to come back to Inside Spa and will recommend it to my friends.

When i mentioned it to the receptionist at the end of our treatments she would not let me explain and was not interested in hearing my view. A disapponting end to what would of been a fab day.
