For B2B, I would strongly advise against using them.

We were told a projector was no longer available, only for it to turn up completely unexpected 4 weeks later (We obviously had gone elsewhere as we needed quickly)

Then trying to chase an RMA, fighting against a restocking fee for something we was told was no longer available and eventually then trying to get the full amount refunded (A process that has taken 3 months and still not got the full amount!!) We have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in all our history of business! AVOID!!!

Use this company a lot and have a business credit account. But had to RMA a printer part weeks ago and they still haven't sent me a replacement! Its been weeks and I have chased multiple times! Usual ordering = 4/5 RMA Process = 1/5 Chasing Credit Notes = 1/5.
