Inspire Fitness is a friendly and supportive health and weight management centre offering personalised workouts for every member.

We're a friendly, local, supportive fitness centre that's focussed on helping women to be the best versions of themselves that they can be.

Our focus is on strength training to reverse the natural loss of lean tissue as we age and to maintain functional ability. We use heart rate monitors to ensure everyones working out safely and effectively.

We also run a number of weight management programmes that are based on simple habit changes and good nutrition rather than dieting, calorie counting and restriction.
