Inspiring Leaders

Inspiring Leaders is a regional partnership of Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) based in the East Midlands of England. We are led by a group of experienced leaders from the Education sector and beyond, who share a commitment to improving the life chances of young people in the region. Inspiring Leaders provides two key functions for the education sector: 1. The provision of high-quality Initial Teacher Training (ITT) capitalising on the benefits of working with a range of MATs, ensuring we have the very best experts delivering our training. 2. Leading a rich community of practice for partner MATs, enabling executive leaders the opportunity to learn with and from each other. We do this because we know that MATs are stronger when they work together, and we are passionate about helping MATs become strong and sustainable. Our mission is to become the partnership of choice for aspirant teachers and MAT Leaders in the region. Providing teachers and leaders with a high-quality, collaborative, professional development offer.
