Insta-Mold is a fully CE certified ‘direct moulded’ custom hearing protection earplug offering up to SNR 29dB of protection and can be used in the Industrial, Motorsports, Shooting, Music, Sleeping, Concerts and Watersports sectors.

The floating medical grade Insta-Mold silicones are available in multiple colour combinations and metal detectable silicones for the food and drinks industry. Each pair of Insta-Mold earplugs are finished with a hygienic gloss lacquer finish, acoustic filter options, safety leash options and supplied with a storage pouch and client care instructions.
Insta-Mold custom hearing protection has evolved within the shooting industry for years and responds to the needs of each type of shooting activity. Insta-Mold can either provide a high level of protection with a solid shell protector or a lower level of protection with the addition of an acoustic filter to improve communication and environmental awareness.
