We believe that Nutrition is very important and that healthier bodies are not only made in the Gym, but also in the Kitchen. Therefore, our mission is to supply you with clean, nutritional meals for your Health and Wellbeing.
We have carefully designed different meal plans for different goals, all packed full of the right Proteins and Nutrients, perfect for clean eating diets. Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey, muscle building, losing weight or a seasoned athlete, we have got you covered. InstantNutrition meals are a great way to help fuel your body in order to develop a healthier, stronger, better version of you.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND INSTANTNUTRITION
Founded by a Fitness enthusiastic couple, we are both very dedicated hard working Athletes, both STILL on our fitness journey. As we both have a passion for cooking, we always made our own prepped meals, ensuring they were clean and nutritional with all the macros worked out and still remaining tasty!
This then inspired us to share our meals and a healthier lifestyle with everyone. Our founders are qualified Personal Trainers and Nutritionist's. One of InstantNutrition's founders is a professionally qualified chef, with over fifteen years experience, working in Michelin Star restaurants. With our knowledge and expertise, combined with our passion for cooking and fitness, we take great pride in helping our customers to achieve their goals.
