I think this institute motivate youths to engage in mechanical engineering; mostly those who had undergone the practical training of mechanical engineering; both outboard and in-board.

I return to the IMechE every year at this time to prepare for the annual review of the 3Year business plan. It’s a spiritual home for our technical education business and both motivates and focuses me for the year ahead. Great place with great staff and always interesting people around. 5 Star

The entire life cycle is Engineering.The trained engineers must wake up to prove to the world community that we can make life much more easier through our knowledge. I noticed with dismay most of us engineers in different countries end up as consultants. What do we do?
