Family Fun Day is back and this time it’s in the summer holidays!
This August we’ll be opening up the Wyvern for a morning of fantastic FREE family fun. Look out for a whole range of activities including character appearances, workshops, back-stage tours, Sleeping Beauty story time, live music, crafts, face painting and much more.
Everyone is welcome, so bring all the family and enjoy some free theatrical fun!

Wyvern Theatre's Memory Café is a relaxed facility where those living with Dementia, along with their carers, friends and families, can meet to talk and join in with various activities and hear from guest speakers, as well as the opportunity to speak to support workers, medical practitioners and advisors.
Then, of course, there's hot drinks and cake provided!
The session begins at 10.30am and finishes at approx. 12pm.

inSwindon BID invites you to join renowned artists to create community town centre mural
Earlier this week, inSwindon BID and Artsite announced the two artists who will be leading on the new town centre mural set for the Aspen House hoarding on Regent Street. Over the next few weeks, artists Martin Travers and Peter Cowdy, will be leading on the mural project, reaching out to the local community groups for input and their ideas into the ‘My Town, My World’ visual.

Help The Entertainer reduce the number of plastic toys that end up in landfill by giving old toys a new chance at life. From Wednesday 5 June until Saturday 8 June you can take your unwanted toys to any of The Entertainer stores and with the help of the Salvation Army your toys will be found new homes. For safety reasons only toys with a CE label or marking will be taken in. Find them on Havelock Square, Swindon Town Centre
