Importance of Mobility Being mobile is a crucial aspect of being healthy. If a person is not able to move a joint freely through its full range of motion, then they are already putting themselves at an increased risk of injury before even attempting to pick up a weight and load that range of motion.
Last night at the farm was pretty awesome...
Great news, we were looking for a local cause to put the money raised from our summer BBQ to help and Carolyn approached us with helping a local football team with kit sponsor. Jane and I thought it was a perfect fit for what we wanted to use the money for. Well done to everyone who attended the event and for helping us raise the money to be able to help the team at Bolton County. We wish the girls all the very best for the season ahead! ¤śĆ

Love this gym, never been fitter!
I've been a member of various gyms for the last 15 years - attending classes, hammering cardio machines, weight training - everything and anything. Since getting involved with Insync about a year and half ago I've never been fitter or more knowledgeable about the way to train and achieve results.
CanŌĆÖt speak more highly of the coaches.
Be prepared to work hard, and train outside every now and then!
Having done no exercise for years I have now been with Jane PT at Insync PT since January. TBH I was dreading going my first time and thought I was going to be made to run round the jumbles being shouted at all the way!! I cannot believe the way in which we exercise is so different from what I expected. Never in a million years did I think I would actually enjoy it and look forward to going. Jane Carwardine-wheeler has been fantastic for me - so patient, offering lots of great advice on both nutrition and exercise. If you are like me and wondering should I or shouldn't I then my advice would be give it a go. You will be amazed at what you can achieve and most importantly how great you will feel .
Great gym and is always getting better with new equipment, great place to train and the coaches always seem to get the best out of the clients

Fabulous place, great coaches, done wonders for me, well recommended.
I've been personal training with Insync over a year. Turning to them as a fat, unfit bloke, approaching diabetes, the whole place was friendly and not at all intimidating. Nothing generic, each session is customised and focused on you. Advise on nutrition been instrumental in changing my diet, and the way I treat my body, much for the better.
Insync guide you but you must put the effort in, however they offer great motivation to keep you going.
Best gym around.
