Well yesterday saw us launch our EMS Swiss DolorClast International machine. Europe’s most clinically researched machine.
After becoming part of the EMS Academy Sara is performing #nice approved treatments using shockwave with the master touch machine.
One of our clients was very happy to share part of her treatment.

**Pilates notice**
We have recently introduced flexibility to our classes.
Please remember that we have people who have been waiting for places on our Pilates blocks. We still have a waiting list. We cap the numbers to allow you the best possible classes and instruction.
... The Pilates cards have been introduced to allow flexibility for you. If you no longer wish to use your space then please let us know so we can give your space to another person.
Your cards last for 8 weeks. We will not be offering any refunds on cards that are not used.
If your card has expired and you failed to make your sessions, you will now be expected to purchase a new card.
Also, if you bought a card and have failed to let us know that you are no longer attending. Your spaces will soon be offered to people on the waiting list. Please get in touch to keep your space.
The cards are working extremely well for the majority of users. Please allow another person to use your space.
These are not drop in sessions and your spaces are fully reserved. If you want a drop in class please contact us.
I would like to thank all who have used this system well in the early stages. We will review the card system in September. Should this not be working the old system will return.
Pilates will run throughout the summer months as normal.
We will also have new classes from September so watch this space!
