Went and saw Julie & her team the other week to discuss the possible use of using Contact Lenses alongside my normal glasses, Julie and her team booked me in for a consultation where by she ordered a trail pack for me to try, went to my appointment today feeling a bit nervous to how i was going to manage using contact lenses and I've always had this thought that they'd be hard to put in and get out, after a few attempts and you follow the advice given they are a dream.



Julie today, went through the consultation with me where by she showed me the contact lenses that would suit me and helped put them in and i went round the high street for 10-15 minutes to get used to them, after coming back Julie checked to see if the contact lenses were sighted correctly on my eyes.



The Fabulous Liz? Elizabeth? went through with me to help me and guide me how to take them out and put them in and made sure that i was confident enough to do it alone, the care and customer service that i always receive when attending Intellisight is second to none, the greetings as you come through the door, to the quick chat whilst waiting for your appointment, to the superb after care they provide, when visiting Intellisight, its a real nice community spirit, all the staff that work there are brilliant, friendly and more important approachable.

Took my son for his first eye test today and the staff are very warm and welcoming and made my son feel comfortable x

Took my oldest son here today. The 2 guys in the fro t of shop were very helpful and polite. Made us feel very welcome.

Julie the optician is so lovely. She was great with my son and helped him pick out glasses that really suited him. He's looking forward to getting them now.

We were so impressed that I have moved my youngest son there and even myself after years of being somewhere else. We are going later in the week.

Highly recommend.

They were able to get me in for an eye test the same day I rang, which was amazing. They were helpful and informative and made me feel comfortable. I received a thorough check of my eyes and I got two pairs of lovely glasses for a great price. They even arrived in under a week. All in all, a great optician experience.

I would recommend going here for your eyes testing. The staff are very helpful, Julie explained everything to me during my eye test. I will definitely be going back again. If you like and share on Facebook, you get your eye test for nothing, which is a bonus.

I used a very famous opticians recently, I walked out as one of staff was rude & also kept my daughter waiting for an eye test for nearly 2 hours!!!!



I then booked an appointment for myself and daughter with Intellisight Opticians, we were seen promptly & Julie the Optician was wonderful with my daughter.

She made her feel at ease and very comfortable and helped her choose some beautiful glasses �.



The staff are so friendly, warm & welcoming and offer the best customer service I have had anywhere.



Don’t get your glasses or eye tests from anyone else but these guys.

I took my 18 month old daughter for her first pair of glasses and was greeted with a warm welcome by experienced staff. She now has her glasses and we are so happy with them, a fantastic fit and so far hasn’t taken them off 😁. The staff really did go that extra mile to make my daughter at ease and comfortable. The choice of glasses is excellent also,I would highly recommend this store, thanks so much.

I just want to to thank the wonderful ladies for helping me and my little boy today, they were so patient and helpful. I felt really comfortable and in really good hands. Highly recommended.

Opticians have always told me i need glasses (when i didnt) and sold me very expensive glasses that were not comfortable or practical... until.i went here

(Yes i drove all the way to Redcar for an eye test from Thornaby! Im not going to trust my eyes with just anyone anymore ever again.



Me and the children all got checked. They said "this is fun!!!" And it genuinly was. Brilliant service, excellent care, and im no longer afraid of the opticians. If you need your eyes checking please check this place out and if you have children their appointment is fREE.



Only give your eye health to the best!!

I can honestly say how genuine the customer service is at intellisight. Warm comfortable and inviting approaches even down to beeing able to bring my doggie inside.

Also someone who suffers anxiety I feel really relaxed knowning you in company of real People. Well done and nice to see good customer service skills.

Great service after a walk in appointment, lovely staff and very helpful even down to picking which frames suited me best , love my new glasses feel totally at ease wearing them I've never had glasses before. highly recommended them.

Fantastic service. I called in on the offchance of an appointment when my usual opticians had a 2 month waiting list, and I am so glad that I did. Julie is just lovely and really puts the children at ease with her wicked sense of humour. We recieved really personal service when choosing the right glasses and at no point did we feel rushed. The lady who served us on collecting our glasses (sorry I can't remember her name) is just brilliant and her customer service is top notch. We will be back for our prescription sun glasses very soon. I am definitely converted from high street chain opticians, Intellisight treat you as a person and not just a number to rush through. I would recommend. �

Fantastic service today for my mam and daughter. We called in on the off chance as Specsavers had cancelled my mams appointment with less than an hours notice. We were even made a cuppa. Will definitely be back as its not often I get service this good.

Excellent Service in all aspects, patient and professional, from booking an appointment, to choosing glasses, to explaining the do’s & don’ts with contact lenses to a first time user, we won’t be going anywhere else in future!

Can't recommend highly enough. Amazing patience and service with my 5 yo son. I recommend to anyone with children. The lady that carried out my son's examination deserves some kind of medal 😊.

Brilliant. Fab with kids too, both my son's actually enjoy going to get their eyes checked.

Also noticed a problem with my eyes that no other optician has ever spotted! �

Both my Wife and I went to Intellisight for our eye tests.

Both of us bought new glasses and I’m now getting my contact lenses from them as well.

Why?

Because of their friendly and efficient service!

After using various opticians in middlesbrough for more years than i can remember i came across Intellisight in Redcar It is outstanding from any other optician.i have ever used Julie and her staff are curtious polite professional. and very approachable in my opinion. Pure qaulity. Well done to you all
