Nice school

Last month my daughter had an ISE course in Brighton.



1) There was no enforcement of curfew times, which as I understand was 21:30 for 15-years old (that's another story, that due to a mistake she lived together with 15-years old girls, although she was only 13). The girls hung out until midnight or 1:00, and my daughter had a choice of going home by 20:30, becoming an outsider in the group, or staying with the rest until very late.



They got a key to the house, and the hosts were well asleep and unaware, whether their guests are home, and wouldn't have noticed that something has happened until next morning.



2) On the return trip, the girls were packed into a taxa and sent off to the airport, where they had to go through registration and luggage delivery all by themselves. At the age of 13, I'd emphasize.



Summary: no proper pronunciation (this is why one sends a child to England!), insufficient care.



UPDATE



For issue #1 I got a school's apology with an intent to improve that. The hosts claim that they knew when the kids were back.



As for #2, this was not supposed to happen, and actions were taken for this to not happen again.
