We run several projects aimed at young people with learning disabilities and deliver courses that help to build resilience in every day life.

Mental Health First Aid training Due to popular demand more dates have been arranged
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training is an interactive and practical training course to help you spot the early signs of a mental health problem. It will equip you with tools and techniques to help you, your friends, family and colleagues.

The course runs over two days: 9.30am—4.30pm Dates: 27th November & 4th December 2018 Venue: Moulsham Mill Parkway Chelmsford Essex CM2 7PX
This course is free for people aged 19 and over but we require a contribution of £30 to cover course materials and to book your place.
