Happy Halloween! Our lobby is in the Halloween spirit this week
Wonderful hotel and the staff is better than 5 star, especially Sissi and Istvan at the concierge desk.
Where do I start... I will be sending a personal message, but I have to thank all the staff from the Park Lane Intercontinental for making my mums 70th celebratory weekend a very memorable one. When I say all staff I mean all staff... from the Receptionist who welcomes us as if we have been regulars for years but with total professionalism. The concierge ‘all’ of the team treat me and my mum like royalty; organising the hotel private car to take us to my mums surprise dinner, and arranging every intricate detail to help me make it special ... by the way, all without asking in too much detail! The hotel and staff really get under your skin and deliver 100% first class service, and I really cannot thank you enough. I hope to see you very soon with my boys.
Truly personal service, thoughtful and great attention to detail. Stunning views over Hyde Park and Apsley House and a lovely little terrace - I think I’ve found my new favourite suite! Brunch in Theo Randall’s was flawless and evening canapés in the Club Lounge topped of a wonderful day. Our suite was perfectly appointed, with lighting, mirrors, furniture, power etc. in all the right places - so often in hotels this is not the case. Can’t wait to come back.
The weekend was for my wife’s birthday. A meal at Theo Randell’s restaurant and staying over at the Intercontinental. Booked a basic room and was delighted to have been upgraded on check in. Also complimentary breakfast as it was for a birthday. The staff were charming and helpful. The room was fabulous everything you could want to make ones stay as comfortable as possible. Theo Randell’s restaurent was busy but the service was first class. The food was beautifully cooked and the portions generous. A brilliant weekend at the Intercontinental Hotel.
The staff who attended to us were so nice and trying their best for us to feel comfortable and we are! Just a note to the girl who take our payment, such a pleasant girl but it could have been best if she serve the glass of water we requested. Unfortunately for us that we need to leavr not minding our thirst.
Stayed for the weekend at this very well located hotel in central London - had been looking forward to staying here, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful room with a great view of the parks, fabulous food at the Theo Randall restaurant, and flawless service from staff at all levels. Afternoon Tea at the Wellington Lounge was the perfect end to the hotel stay. IHG are my preferred brand of hotel for international and domestic travel because they're quite simply second to none.
Lovely hotel, staff are great! Room was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again!
Loved the hotel. Well located, comfortable, with all the things I needed in the room. The courtesy and efficiency of the staff made all the difference. They are very well prepared, kind and pleasant. Great. I totally recommend this hotel.
Checked in for one night for a birthday treat and WOW!! The service was exceptional from the very start, the upgraded room faultless, the views brilliant and the G/Ts in the Wellington Bar amazing! Dined at Theo Randalls and it was out of this world. Most definitely recommend.
Awesome hotel located in the heart of London. I stayed here with my family for one night only as our flight has been cancel. Everything was perfect, charming personal and fantastic breakfast. Now onward will be my hotel in London.
Another wonderful stay at this hotel -Theo’s for dinner after the rugby was once again wonderful and this hotel serves 5e best breakfast too. Great service - thank you.
Amazing hotel, fantastic staff and the perfect location. What more can I say? The food! You must visit!
All staff from the moment you walk into the hotel are lovely and helpful thanks
A very delightful stay. Check-in staff Florencia was a delight. Received an upgrade and welcome amenity and the afternoon tea at the Wellingtin lounge started my vacation in the right mood. Room was comfortable and clean and al the staff that i met was courteous and welcoming.
A beautiful afternoon of lovely exotic teas, delicious sandwiches and gorgeous cakes in a perfect ambience setting.
Great location. Room was small, a/c underperformed for the weather, and cloth shower curtain was a literal pain in the ass. Restaurants Ella Canta and Theo Randall were delicious but expensive af, as one would expect at this hotel. Booked room rate that included breakfast which was well worth it. Would return if I can get a different room type.
Checked into intercontinental on Saturday 16th December had the most wonderful service and experience. My husband I my twin sister and husband went to the mowtown musical and came back to dine at Theo Randall’s. The food service and professionalism was first class. The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. The management and teAm were very polite and helpful, thank you for an amazing stay and the best birthday celebration I’ve ever had.
Why do the staff discourage the use of taxis, could it be corruption
Staff are far to attentive for my liking and paid extra for a room with a view that we did not get & 2 single bed pushed together would not stay here again
