Intergrate Exeter

We are a nonprofit charitable organisation based in Exeter that specialise in hosting inclusion based events in an alcohol and technology free environment, in order to combat rising levels of social anxiety in an increasingly digital world. We hold one event each week. These consist of different activities each week, which typically may be quizzes, team building exercises or indoor and outdoor sports tournaments that are designed to help students that may be struggling with anxiety or suffering from loneliness. By encouraging people to talk and work together in an alcohol and technology free environment, we can help students to build confidence and boost self esteem helping to maximise potential in life.
