International Bar Association

In July, members of the European Parliament rejected proposed changes to European Union copyright law that would have placed more responsibility on websites to check for copyright infringements and forced internet platforms to pay for linking to news.
Attempts to reform copyright law across the 28-member bloc and bring it in line with the digital age have pitched internet giants like Google in a fierce battle against high-profile musicians including Sir Paul McCartney.

Europe’s migration crisis has mobilised strong support from civil society and citizens looking to help migrants enter, transit and reside in the European Union. In some cases this has led to charges of people smuggling. In July, the European Parliament adopted a non-legislative resolution calling on EU countries to include a humanitarian assistance exemption in their legislation. It also urges the European Commission to issue guidelines specifying the forms of facilitation that should not be criminalised by Member States.

The problem of declining legal aid for the poor is well known. But what about the predicament of the near-poor, who can no longer afford a lawyer, and had no legal aid to begin with? Enter the DC Affordable Law Firm (DCALF) launched in 2016 with the unique aim of reaching America’s desperate second income quintile, by charging fees that top out at $75 rather than $1,800 per hour.

International Bar Association.and it's Human Rights forum & Member of Amiercan Bar association

Respective Member when i started Law practice in the year 2007 in my country Pakistan their is a Movement of independence of judiciary start i also fully paticepate in that Movement and in that Movement witch was the the Restoration of Mr.justice Ifthar Muhammad ch(x chief juestic supreme court of Pakistan) and Independence of judusary and Rule of Law And i give leading Role in This Movement I was tortured many times But I was always with my Learned Coligeas and Cause for supremacy of Law and in short we are successful in our goal and give a New Power to Role of Law. Independence of judusary and Humity supremacy of Law

I am work Hard for Arbitration i write many letters and metting for ArbitrationI courts and stable many seminars on Arbitration Alternative Disputes Resolution and finally I and my team was sussed to Create a atmosphere about the importance of Arbitratry Alternative Disputes Courts and know laste year Arbitratry Alternative Disputes Courts and ADR centres was Made our Government on District level and they do there work very well and solve 90 Cases in This Respect in my city town

Crupption is the Cancer of society and also the Member of Anticrupption committee localaty

Many social programmes and ceminar was established in this Regard

I work for preventing climate chaos and work on. Lawyers and judiciary. Bar and Banch.i also practising as a Civil and criminal Law and Protection of Child Labour and women protection Laws.javanial justice systemI am also work for ..........etc
