Good price and location for main night life locations. Ideal for stags. Pleasant staff who were also very happy to hold onto our bags before we could check-in.

My room was perfect for me, got a private room for 2 nights. Had everything I needed and was able to connect to the wifi (usually only available in the common spaces) Nice clean bathroom and shower, also had my own tv. Bed was clean however mattress probably need to be replaced, but was fine for me to get a good night's rest. Location is good nice and quiet, great pubs on either side of the hostel

Cool rooms. Lockers don't really work. Well the one in my room not so much. Downfall would be no wifi in the rooms only in the common rooms and kitchen.

Good clean rooms, beds amd bedding could do with an upgrade. Communal areas clean and tidy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities good including kitchen with free tea, coffee and toast available. Note: not a hotel so bring your own towel!

Bathroom equipment could be better. Still, bed pretty comfy and great noise isolation. Location good, quite close to dining/drinking areas. Nice stay overall!

The worst accommodation we had in Europe, including the worst check-in experience ever. Already nominally late (3 p.m.), it was delayed by almost an hour, with the reception staff asking us to wait for 15 more minutes several times. Then they failed to program our keycards twice, so I had to go to the reception and back each time, which further delayed entering the apartment.
Facilities are poor: no lift (had to pull a buggy up the stairs each day), cold, awful shower and taps that set temperature at random regardless of your intentions.
The bedroom window is above the beer garden that is quite noisy during the night.
Already overpriced for its value, we were asked to pay extra to use the baggage room after check-out.
On the bright side, the location is okay; 15 minutes from Lime St and Liverpool ONE, close to the university.
The apartment is quite spacious.

Lovely hostel 10mins from Liverpool one. Fab social room and kitchen. Really friendly and helpful staff. Dorm rooms are very spacious compared to those at other hostels. Great weekend!

This venue is marketted as a hostel offering some upgraded rooms (cocoons). Toast is free. The service is incredible and better than most hotels. Sure, sharing bathrooms and space is a pain sometimes. However, he room sizes are fairly large for England standards, laundry services are kept clean and offered at a reasonable price, and you cannot beat the staff. They care about their customers and go the extra mile. I heard stories of helping long stay customers with finances and so much more. Personally they helped us deal with a friend who abused our offer to take a few items home for him. Amazing people.

Good to stay if want something quick and handy. I thought was very good. Free tea and toast in kitchen area. Typical backpackers place. Games room as well.
