We need trade and trade needs rules, but not rules that threaten our democracy and take away our rights. Under ITF we feel secured and assured about our rights. ITF is like a transport on which surety of safe journey is guaranteed. Long Live ITF, Long Live our struggle for equal rights.
We are not just only members of our national unions, also part of international Union network

This KPI organisation having illegal executive board for since December 2009 last congress of VII being break up before proceed to vote for the head executive board of KPI and whilst that time the status of all former executive board were out going (demisioner) therefore upto now 2014 October all majority of real Indonesian seafarers officially never recognized the existence of KPI executive board.
The Dock Works Union of Liberia is a member of ITF. what will be ITF position if there is leadership crisis in the Union and the government and the management can not handle the situation.
Shame I cannot be there. Hope everyone has a great time

There is no one ITF Company in India.
As per DG shipping Rules Indian licenced for placement services is called RPSL.
ITF means The International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) is a truly global organisation. It is a federation of around 700 unions from some 150 countries, representing over 4.5 million transport workers.
ITF Agreements are signed by a maritime union and shipping company, either the beneficial owner or the operator or the manager of the ship. The union must be affiliated to the ITF.
ITF Agreements are only those that are approved by the ITF.
