The stuff is friendly and polite and the rental process easy, but beware of the limited miles per day policy. The rental agreement stated a very low, fake mileage , and as I was not careful to check the car, I was charged hundreds of miles I did not drive, and ended up paying up more than double the initially agreed price.

They initially refused to honor my voucher I purchased through a broker and tried to make me make another booking until I phoned up the broker then magically everything changed. I'm pretty sure they were trying to con me.
