Horrible experience. I have been renting cars for years and never had problems with providing any extra documents. Had 2 hours delay. Staff was clueless and didn't want to admit it was a mistake from they're side. Never ever....

Absolutely horrific experience started with a downgrade and ended up with numurs extra charges anyway. The only number there is to call is charged per minut and can't give any assistance.

Stay away, there are plenty of good places to rent cars just across the street.

Rental is ok (as long as you get the no excess insurance), customer service however is terrible if you need anything before or after hiring the car don't expect for any help!

Very bad service. I've been charged extra with 104 miles more (total amount GBP 50) and nobody from the interrent staff, don't wanted to listen me !

This was my last time when I've rent a car from this company.

Possibly the most rude and offensive staff i have ever experienced. Made me to sign the rental agreement before seeing car in pitch black and then charged me for pre existing damage. Upon challenging this the checkout clerk spoke in a rude, aggressive manner, almost spitting her words as she smirked to herself. I had to ask her to act more professionally and left very upset.

Bad Car Company To hire cars from.

We hired a Car for a Week in Lanzarote . On the paper work it showed there was some small damage on the car. This is was not shown or highlighted as the keys were handed to us at the counter on airport site and given direction to where the car was in the car park. But luckily I had noticed it . When we returned the car in the car park at the airport the guy check3d all over showed him the damage and showed it on the paper work. He signed it all ok . About 2 weeks latter the Car company sent me an Invoice of 304 Euro. for the repair of the damage. and charged my credit card. Leaving me no option . Please avoid this company and there agent in Lanzarote who actual hire the car Auto Reisen who I suspect are the main culprit . SO STAY FROM BOTH THESE COMPANIES as they will ruin you holiday . Car hire for a week £100.00 and Bonus payment £300.00 . Good business to be in.!!!!

Interrent Office is not where it claims on Google Maps and is based next to Europcar in Long Term Parking. When trying to rent a car the Interrent staff member was over 20 minutes late and I had to use Europcar staff for my booking. I'm not sure why their website says Hyundai I10 or similar. It's a Fiat 500, it's always a Fiat 500. Tried to use their service 3 times, never without an issue.

Any savings made off comparison sites like Expedia will be sponged off through non existent faults once you return your vehicle. These guys had no reps at their cabin at LTN, use Europcar customer services over the phone (bumbling and clueless) and overall are a shoddy outfit disguised as a rent a car. Avoid at all costs. If there was a zero star rating, they would have got it.
